Agreement
By downloading or using the JOMO Blocks mobile application (“App”) or visiting jomo.jozefowicz.dev (“Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App in line with the Apple App Store rules that apply to your download. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App except where the law allows.
Acceptable use
Use the App and Site lawfully. Do not misuse them to harm others’ devices, data, or rights, or to break applicable law.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is.” It supports wellness-style scheduling and reflection; it is not medical advice and is not a medical device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, r6lab Radoslaw Jozefowicz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum the law allows.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
